1. Data we handle
When you create an account, we may process your name, email address, and account information. When you save a CV to your account, the CV information you choose to save is sent to Kavenio servers. It may include contact details, employment history, education, skills, and any photo you add.
2. Guest mode
You can open the editor without an account. In guest mode, CV content is kept temporarily in the current browser session using sessionStorage. It is not saved as an account CV until you sign in and choose to save it.
3. Google sign-in
If you use Google sign-in, we use Google identity information needed for authentication, such as the account identifier, email, and name when available. The current sign-in flow does not store Google access or refresh tokens.
4. AI features
When you request an AI feature, information needed to perform that request may be sent to the AI provider used by Kavenio. Avoid using AI features with information you do not want processed for that request.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the enabled payment provider, such as Lemon Squeezy. Kavenio stores transaction references and status needed to activate Pro or Credits and does not need to store your full card number.
6. Sessions and cookies
We use secure sessions and necessary cookies for sign-in, security, and session continuity. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Access, updates, and deletion
You can manage saved CVs and available account information through Kavenio account tools. For privacy or deletion requests not available in the interface, contact info@kavenio.net.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest revision date will appear on this page.
