Paid orders
Payments are processed through the enabled payment provider. If you believe a transaction was made in error or there is a problem with a purchase, contact info@kavenio.net with the transaction reference.
Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the subscription management portal when available. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not automatically mean a refund for time already used.
AI Credits
Credits may be consumed when AI features complete successfully. When reviewing a refund request, we may consider transaction status, actual usage, and applicable payment-provider rules.
Law and payment provider rules
This policy does not remove mandatory rights that apply to you under law, and refunds may also be subject to payment-provider rules. Requests are reviewed based on their circumstances.
